Meals are served in the brasserie style restaurant at the front of the hotel, full of natural light from skylights and glass bi-fold doors; serving fine cuisine in its à la carte, award-winning 2 rosette restaurant the focus being on the skilful use of locally sourced produce. Lunch and special diets available.
