These sessions are designed to promote physical health, mindfulness, and fun for kids of all ages.
• 10.00 - 10.30am: Years 1 & 2, storytelling and yoga based on 'Every Bunny is a Yoga Bunny'
• 11.30am - 12.00pm: Years 2 – 6, a series of games followed by relaxation
• 1.00 - 1.30pm: Years 7 – 11, mindfulness, mental health and relaxation
• 2.00 - 2.30pm: Years 7 – 11, mindfulness, mental health and relaxation
